Day 1 // Friday, April 26

3:00 | Check-In // Get settled into your rooms and check out the retreat centre.

3:45 | Group Orientation // Important information for the weekend led by Nectar staff.

4:00 | Welcome Circle // Get to know me and the other guests on your retreat.

4:30 - 6:00 | Tension Release Yoga Practice + Yoga Nidra Meditation // This practice will start with a slow, feel-good yoga practice to release tension from every area of the body and finish with a relaxing yoga nidra meditation. Theme: Release

6:15 | Dinner // A delicious 3-course vegetarian meal.

7:30 – 9:00 | Optional Wellness Workshop + Tea // Assess your current levels of stress and balance in all four systems of wellness (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) through guided journalling and discussion. Learn about how stress and imbalances in each system may be affecting your wellbeing. Get clear on your values and optimal lifestyle to make an action plan in Saturday’s workshop.

9:00– 10:00 | Free Time / Forest Tub / Optional 20-Minute Tarot Sessions with Bryony in Onyx Lodge - 3 spots available (book here with me in advance).

Day 2 // Saturday, April 27

8:00 - 9:30 | Morning Yoga - Slow Burn Hatha + Meditation // Feel good morning movement that balances the chakras with an energizing meditation to start the day. Theme: Balance

9:45 | Breakfast // A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

10:30 - 12:00 | Optional Wellness Workshop // Explore + discuss tools that will help you come into balance in all four systems of wellness and manage the daily stressors in your life. Leave with a wellness action plan to take home and get tips on how to build and maintain new habits.

12:00 - 1:00 | Optional Walking Forest Meditation // Join me for a mindful walk in the peaceful surrounding forests of Nectar Retreat Centre.

1:00 - 2:00 | Lunch // A nourishing vegetarian lunch.

2:00 – 4:30 | Free Time / Optional 20-minute Tarot Sessions with Bryony in Onyx Lodge - 7 spots available (book here with me in advance). Journal, read in the lodge, explore the island, walk to the lake, chill in the forest tub. Lots of great options! Extra services like massage, reiki, and more can be booked here.

4:30 - 6:00 | Slow Burn Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra Meditation - a gentle and restorative yoga practice with long hold poses using the support of props to aid in further relaxation and release, followed by a soothing yoga nidra meditation. Theme - Restore.

6:15 | Dinner // Another wonderful 3-course vegetarian meal.

7:30 – 9:00 | Optional Creative Release Workshop + Connection Circle in the Dome // Connect with yourself and your fellow retreat members through creative prompts and consider what you might want to release in the fire ceremony to follow.

Day 3 // Sunday, April 28

8:00 - 9:30 | Slow Burn Flow + Meditation // This practice will be a slow, feel-good flow followed by a relaxing guided morning meditation. Theme - Renew.

9:45 | Breakfast // A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

10:15 | Closing Circle // Join me for a closing circle in the lodge to say farewell and close the retreat.

10:30 - 11:00 | Check-Out // Pack your bags and check-out at the Nectar shop.
