    All meals are vegetarian and can be made gluten-free and vegan to suit your preferences. The Nectar chefs can accommodate most preferences and allergies so don't hesitate to ask.

  • The Mist 90-minute circuit consists of:

    • a luxurious outdoor hot/cold shower with Mist’s house eucalyptus shower spray 

    • a wood-fired sauna with views of the forest

    • a cold plunge tub

    • and a beautifully cultivated outdoor rest area with a fire 

    Enjoy waffle robes, towels, slippers, Mist’s botanical hair and body care products, and Nectar’s signature herbal tea blend.

    Soft chimes ring at 15-minute intervals during the Mist Circuit, inviting you to transition to the next phase of the circuit or navigate your experience intuitively, at your own pace.

  • Join me on the peaceful private trails of Nectar for a mindful forest walk.

    Forest bathing lowers our stress levels and helps us connect with the natural rhythms of life.

  • The forest hot tub is located in a private outdoor room connected to the main lodge.

    Inside the room, there is a hot tub, shower, wood-burning fireplace, and chairs to relax.

    Use this space to do hot, cold, relax circuits, or to simply relax in the hot tub.

    The forest tub can be booked in 30 minute or 1-hour increments with up to 3 people from 7 am - 11 pm daily.

Retreat Schedule

  • 3:00 pm | Check-In // Settle into your rooms, get changed for your afternoon yoga practice and check out the retreat centre.

    3:45 pm | Group Orientation + Welcome Snack // An introduction and welcome from the Nectar team + a nourishing afternoon snack.

    4:00 pm | Welcome Circle // Get to know me (Bryony) and the other guests on your retreat. Go over the details of the days ahead.

    4:30 - 6:00 pm | MELT - Tension Release Yoga + Yoga Nidra Meditation for Release // Feel-good movement that will release tension from every area of your body, followed by a relaxing yoga nidra meditation.

    6:15 pm | Dinner + Dessert // A delicious vegetarian meal in the lodge followed by dessert + tea.

    7:30 – 9:00 pm | Journalling Practice // Explore your current level of fulfilment and define your authentic version of success through guided journal prompts and discussion.

    9:00 pm | Unwind // Relax in the lodge, connect with other guests, or soak in the forest hot tub. Prepare for a great night’s sleep however you wish!

  • 8:30 - 9:30 am | CONNECT - Somatic Yoga Flow + Meditation for Connection // This yoga practice will be a gentle flow designed to connect your mind, body + spirit, followed by an energizing morning meditation.

    9:45 am | Breakfast// A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

    10:30 - 11:30 am | Integrative Wellness Tools Workshop // Learn my signature Slow Burn tools to help you manage your daily stress for a more joyful journey towards authentic fulfilment.

    11:30 - 12:00 pm | Walking Forest Meditation // Join me on the peaceful private trails of Nectar for a walking mindfulness practice in the forest.

    12 – 1 pm | Free Time // Take a moment to relax in the lodge or your cabin, book a massage or reiki session, or explore the island - whatever you like!

    1:00 pm | Lunch // A nourishing vegetarian lunch followed by free time before your session at Mist Thermal!

    2:30 - 4:00 pm | Spa Session at Mist Thermal Sanctuary | A 90-minute circuit consisting of:

    • a luxurious outdoor hot/cold shower with Mist’s house eucalyptus shower spray. 

    • a wood-fired sauna with views of the forest.

    • a cold plunge tub *optional for those interested.

    • and a beautifully cultivated outdoor rest area with a fire.

    4:00 – 5:00 pm | Free Time // Take a moment to relax and transition between your spa experience and your afternoon yin yoga practice. Option to add a massage or reiki session to your retreat or explore the island. This is your time to spend as you wish!

    5:00 - 6:00 pm | RESTORE - Restorative Yin Yoga + Meditation for Relaxation // A gentle and restorative yin yoga practice with long hold poses using the support of props to aid in further relaxation, followed by a soothing meditation.

    6:15 pm | Dinner + Dessert // Another wonderful vegetarian meal followed by dessert + tea.

    7:30 – 9:00 pm | Fire Circle // Join your fellow retreat guests by the fire in the dome for a guided ritual to release + renew. Close the evening with a relaxing yoga nidra meditation to prepare you for a deep sleep.

    9:00 pm | Unwind // Relax before bed, hang out in the lodge, or go in the forest hot tub. Do what feels best to prepare for a great night’s rest.

  • 8:30 - 9:30 am | RENEW - Gentle Energy Flow + Meditation for Renewal // This yoga practice will be a gentle flow designed to energize your body, followed by a guided morning meditation for renewal.

    9:45 am | Breakfast // A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

    10:15 am | Closing Circle // Join me for a closing circle in the lodge to say farewell and close the retreat.

    10:30 - 11:00 am | Check-Out// Prepare to check out at the Nectar shop by 11 am.

    CHECK IN/OUT:

    Check-In: 3:00pm Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

    Check-in time is 3:00pm. When you arrive, please come to the check-in office (inside the Nectar Goods Boutique). We will then show you to your room to unpack before guest orientation in the Onyx Lodge at 3:45pm, followed by the evening yoga class at 4:30pm.

    If you need to arrive later than 3:00pm, please email me prior to your arrival.

    Check Out: 11:00am Friday, April 25, 2025

    Please head to the check-out office after the closing circle (inside the Nectar Goods Boutique) no later than 11:00 am on Friday, April 25.

    GRATUITY:

    If you would like to leave a small token of your appreciation for the Nectar staff (chefs, cleaning and support team), please bring ~$20-25 cash for the end of the retreat. We will have a small box to collect gratuities during the closing circle. 100% of these offerings go straight to the wonderful Nectar staff.

    DIETARY PREFERENCES

    Please specify any dietary restrictions before arrival.

    During your retreat, delicious and nourishing plant-based meals will be created and served by our preferred caterer. All meals are served in our Onyx Lodge at our long table. 

    Our menus change with the seasons, so you can expect to enjoy delicious, enticing plant-based foods that reflect the bounty of the land. Most allergies can be accommodated, although we cannot cater to special diets like “Keto or Smoothies only”. All dishes can be made with vegan and/or gluten-free options. Nectar Yoga’s kitchen is a strictly meat and fish-free facility.

    You can choose to have one king sized bed or two twin beds for the following cabins:

    Each Bathroom Includes:

    WHAT TO BRING

    *We suggest you pack light for ease of travel/storage

    • Comfortable clothing to move and relax in

    • Warm layers and socks for the yoga dome

    • Natural mosquito repellent

    • Swim suit 

    • Beach towel if you plan to swim off-site (Nectar does not provide towels for off-site use)

    • Walking shoes

    • Flashlight

    • Journal + pen

    • Books (we have a book exchange, take a book/leave a book)

    • Water bottle (we have an aquifer and a filtration system on all taps)

    • Portable insulated coffee/tea mug if you wish to bring things back to your cottage or to the dome.

    • Waterproof outdoor gear (all rooms have umbrellas as well)

    • Extra snacks - coffee, tea + light snacks will be available between meals however you may wish to bring additional snacks for your room.

    • Anything else that will make you feel safe, comfortable and warm.

    ADDITIONAL NOTES:

    Please note that Deluxe Cottages offer in-room Wi-Fi, while A-Frame cottages do not have this amenity. If guests staying in an A-Frame require Wi-Fi, the Onyx Lodge offers a reliable connection.

    Please use the provided soap/shampoo/conditioner (unless you use a specific kind) as our premises require toiletries that are septic safe.
