Slow Burn Holiday Workshop

This workshop will include:
A journalling practice
Coaching with tips and tools to prevent holiday burnout
Breathwork
Yin yoga
A holiday yoga nidra practice (guided relaxation)
Everyone who attends this workshop will receive my holiday Slow Burn guide via email and a recording of the yoga nidra meditation practiced in class to use throughout the holidays. You’ll also be entered into some fun holiday giveaways that will be announced throughout November.
Please wear cozy and comfortable clothing including socks and a sweater to remain warm during class, especially during meditation. Please also bring a journal and pen for the journalling practice at the start of class and I highly recommend bringing a blanket and/or pillow/bolster to enhance your practice. Mats, blocks, and tea will be provided during this workshop.
This workshop takes place next to KOU SHOP, an intentional, curated concept space filled with quality brands they both created and brands they have tried and tested. Shop after class for great holiday gift ideas.
We will be heading up to 33 acres after class for a community coffee and brunch if you wish to join for connection with like-minded community.
