My Integrative Wellness Reading List
Reading is one of the most rewarding habits you can cultivate to enhance your mental well-being, expand your knowledge, and foster personal growth. Finding time to sit down with a book can be challenging, but there are other ways to incorporate reading into your routine. For me, listening to audiobooks during my daily walks has been a transformative habit—combining the benefits of movement with the opportunity to absorb new ideas, stories, and insights. It's become a daily ritual that not only relaxes my mind but also fuels my creativity and inspiration.
